A regional chauffeured transportation service is quite different than a traditional limo service.
Limousine services typically stay within city limits and charge by the hour. They are best suited for a night out on the town, going to a game or concert, or pickups/drop-offs to the airport. Limo’s are comfortable but not very functional, designed for social events. They are limited with where they can go due to their shape and size.
ZippTripp’s chauffeured transportation service offers more flexibility with the destination and en-route activities. We typically start in Kansas City and pick up a group of up to 7 passengers. From the pickup point, we chauffeur them to destinations within a 4-hour radius (if you want to go further, please call us), wait for you while you’re at your meeting, event, or activity, and bring you home safely. Our custom Mercedes Sprinter van fits in common parking spaces and has the capability for off-road travel. The van is designed for longer-distance trips, with comfortable seating, a desk for work, and multiple monitors for screen sharing or watching TV. We offer WiFi, access to multiple streaming television platforms including sports channels, and have a refrigerator on board.
ZippTripp even offers overnight chauffeured trips, with additional costs for the driver’s hotel, meals, and hourly wages. We can take you golfing, fly fishing, mountain biking, and even plan a glamping trip with your family!
ZippTripp’s regional chauffeured service starts at $300 + $1.50/mile. The base fee does not change with the number of passengers. Here are a few examples of round trip estimates starting from Kansas City, MO:

In that case, we offer chauffeured transportation to/from Arrowhead (Chiefs), Kauffman Stadium (Royals), Children’s Mercy Park (Sporting KC), KU athletics, MU athletics, K State athletics, and Arkansas athletics. Rates start at $750 depending on the venue, travel distance, and total hours.

Your safety is our primary focus! We have seatbelts in all seating locations per DOT standard and are fully insured by an A.M. Best “A-rated” carrier. All drivers have undergone a criminal background check, drug screen, and are subject to random drug screens per DOT compliance. Drivers are also required to pass annual physicals and have clean DMV records.
Each vehicle is cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Drivers are required t wear protective face coverings, and we offer complimentary face masks and hand sanitizer to our passengers.
WiFi is available in the van. We connect to T-Mobile’s 5G network and have a WeBoost omnidirectional antenna designed to amplify cellular signal from the furthest cell towers.
To complement the in-van WiFi, we have two 34' ultra-wide monitors in the van, one front-facing, and one rear-facing. There is a 4k HDMI video splitter available to switch monitors independently easily. Watch TV, play Xbox, or share your laptop, tablet, or phone screen while being chauffeured to your destination! We also have a stereo with Bluetooth capability.
Pets may only be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container. If damage occurs to the vehicle caused by the animal, we may charge damage and/or cleaning fees.
